PFFDI Summer Blast 2024

Team building is an essential aspect of any successful organization, as it fosters collaboration, communication, and trust among team members. Proudly Filipino Frozen Dairies, Inc. (Hernz Ice Cream) recently conducted their summer team building. It was held in The Secret Haven, Norzagaray, Bulacan, on May 11, 2024. 

It was full of fun and excitement as they created a bond with each other and helped to create a positive work culture, improve productivity, and enhance employee morale. It was an adventure. They were able to set aside personal differences and be able to do things together, not just as a team but as one family.

It is also a way for the PFFDI Management to give thanks to every employee for their hard work and contribution every single day. Expressing gratitude to every employee shows them how much their efforts and hard work are valued.
